My day so far...

My name is Brandon and I'm 19 years old, going to Mississippi College. The whole year has been great so far. Most everything that has happened couldn't have gone better. Well, except today.
First off, I set my alarm twelve hours off. I wasn't paying attention to the "A.M. slash P.M." distinctions. I was probably half asleep setting the alarm because I put off my response paper to the last second and absolutely forgot about it until I was brushing my teeth. I struggled with coming up with material to write down on a sleepy brain. Anyways, I finally finish the paper, fall asleep, and wake up no earlier than 8:49 A.M. I don't live on campus and have a 9:00 A.M. class. Oh boy. So I'm rushing to get ready, print off my paper, eat a quick bite, and get the heck out of dodge. I forget my cell phone. No big deal but now I have no means of communication in case of an emergency.
I get to MC around 9:05-9:10 A.M. I know this because my cellphone is not the only thing that keeps time...my truck has a clock. Anyways, there are no parking spots in any commuter parking lot. No biggie, I drive to the healthplex. Parking is full there too. I have to drive almost to the Clinton Post Office to park. By the time I get to my class it is 9:20 A.M. I got to turn in my homework and catch most of the lecture, but I was so frustrated because I really wanted my cell phone. Computer Science is easy for me because I'm good with computers and know most of the basics.
Here I am now, in English 101 setting up my blog account and writing my first blog. This is just a small blog to make sure everything works alright.

I've totally had crazy days like that too...and the worst part is, I know there are more to come...I guess all we can do is keep our heads and continue pushing forward.

Oh boy, I've so been there. It's weird how sometimes things get so hectic and crazy, it's like one thing after another. I guess the thing to remember is that everyone truly does have days like that and everything will be okay.

Wow, I had the same thing happen to me with the last response paper! I woke up and was getting dressed and then realized I had like 40 minutes to write that paper and get ready to go and print it off! I feel your pain!

I completely understand having crazy days like that, I have them way too often. Except mine usually aren't that bad, I just overreact and they suddenly become very bad. I just have to not sweat the small stuff, which is sometimes easier said than done..
